Deep Cogito, a U.S.-based artificial‑intelligence startup that was founded in 2024, completed a $43 million Series A financing round led by TQ Ventures. The company focuses on developing AI solutions designed specifically for enterprise customers.

Investors participating in the Series A round included Benchmark, Nexus Venture Partners, Atreides Management, South Park Commons, and Zscaler, bringing Deep Cogito’s total capital to more than $56 million.

The influx of capital will allow Deep Cogito to expand its corporate business operations and grow its research team, thereby accelerating the company’s growth trajectory and strengthening its position within the AI sector.

Deep Cogito’s leadership emphasized that the funding will support the scaling of its AI platform and the development of new features aimed at enhancing enterprise efficiency.
